Job Description

Project Manager - Permanent

RESPONSIBILITIES 1) Manage unit testing, integration of software modules, version control, proper documentation of coding and testing activities and continuous optimization.
2) Leading and supervising an internal or external design partner in co-development project.
3) Able and willing to work extended hours in critical phases of project execution.
4) Lead a team of 4 - 8 engineers. Acting as mentor for them.
5) Work closely with internal & external stakeholders.
6) Ensure all performance indicators in the contract are met.
7) Set-up project management repository.
8) Project resource allocation and management.
9) Project cost and budget management.
10) Project planning and scheduling.
 Primary Skills

1) Diploma / Degree in Electronics Engineering / Communication Engineering / Computer Engineering / Computer Science / IT
2) Familiarity with Agile SDLC, Unit Test & Dependency Injection will be added advantage.
3) Quick learner with the ability to pick up new technology from scratch.
4) At least 3 to 5 years of experience in software or systems implementation
5) PMP (or equivalent) certified.
